These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yixiangs website located at yixiangs.com and any related services, content, or training programs provided by Yixiangs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Training Services

Yixiangs provides professional training, e-learning, and development programs. All course details, including content, duration, format, and pricing, are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule training programs at our discretion, with reasonable notice to registered participants.

Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an approved purchase order
• Course fees are payable in full prior to the course commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Group discounts and in-house pricing are subject to separate written agreement

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 30+ days before course start: Full refund or credit transfer to another course
• 15–29 days before course start: 50% refund or full credit transfer
• Less than 15 days before course start: No refund; credit transfer available for one year
• Delegate substitutions are accepted at no charge with prior written notice
• If Yixiangs cancels a course, registered delegates receive a full refund or credit transfer

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, methodologies, trademarks, and branding associated with Yixiangs are the exclusive intellectual property of Yixiangs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any such materials without our prior written consent. Course materials provided to participants are licensed solely for personal professional development use.

Acceptable Use

When using our website or attending our training programs, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Yixiangs or third parties
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of our website or services
• Record, photograph, or reproduce training sessions without written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications

Certificates and Accreditations

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the full course duration and meet any assessment requirements. Accreditation logos and designations (CPD, PMI®, ILM, etc.) are awarded based on the specific requirements of each accrediting body. Yixiangs does not guarantee the acceptance of any certificate by any third-party organisation, employer, or government body.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yixiangs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Yixiangs has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shanghai, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
