PSM audit exercise: teams conduct a gap assessment of a provided facility against selected PSM elements, scoring performance and prioritising top five corrective actions.
Develop robust emergency response capability and apply systematic incident investigation methods.
Incident investigation exercise: teams investigate a provided simulated incident scenario using the Apollo methodology, identify root causes, and develop a systemic corrective action plan.
Apply environmental management systems and measure HSE performance effectively.
Capstone HSE management plan: teams develop an integrated HSE management plan for a provided greenfield facility, covering legal compliance, hazard identification, PSM, emergency response, and KPI framework.
